***Products sold on our website are produced on demand and shipped by our third-party vendor. All returns/exchanges are subject to the third-party vendor return policies as follows:
Claims deemed an error on our part or damaged upon arrival, will be replaced at no cost to customer. Please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to starseedempirellc@gmail.com.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Costs for claims deemed a customer error (incorrect address, wrong size ordered, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange costs will be responsibility of the customer. Customer will need to return the old item and place a new order for the correct item.
***We are not responsible for missing shipments if tracking information states an order was delivered. It will be customer responsibility to file a claim directly with the courier.
Please be sure you’ve listed the correct mailing address. If an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third-party facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
